Where do I find my order information?
When making a purchase, you automatically receive an email with your order information and its respective details. Also, if you enter your profile, in the Orders section, you can find the order number with its date, shipping status and purchase details.
What happens with orders placed in pre-order?
Orders placed in pre-order are executed before a product is launched. They take approximately 15 days to ship since they are issued prior to the official launch date. When you place a pre-order, you must keep in mind that they will be sent on the date established to launch the product.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order, as long as your purchase does not exceed 30 days and it is kept in perfect condition, without having been altered, used and keeping its respective labels and parts. To return it, write to firstname.lastname@example.org where we will indicate the steps to follow. You should bear in mind that Kathiuska is not responsible for shipping costs of returned products.
What means of payment do you allow?
We accept direct transfer through Bancolombia, as well as electronic means of payment through Bancolombia, Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Effecty and PSE. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards.
How is a return refund processed?
The return of cash has a delay of approximately between 1 and 30 days, following the due process in PayU, our payment platform, which is in charge of receiving and approving the refund request, available only for purchases of COP $100,000 onwards. You can check PayU’s refund policies in detail on its official website.
