The quiet cup of coffee before the working day

Illustration
The Wake+Make bag

For International Coffee Day 2021, Upwork and Red Bay Coffee invited six artists to design a series of coffee bags. I illustrated one of them, drawing on the Colombian mountains and the feeling of rest and freedom I associate with a morning coffee.

The landscape across the pack

I composed the front, side and back together, continuing the mountains across the folds so the landscape could be seen as the bag turned.

The Artist Series

The series brought together five illustrators and hand letterer Sérgio Bergocce, who also designed the wordmark.
