The quiet minute before the working day

Upwork and Red Bay Coffee commissioned an Artist Series for International Coffee Day 2021. I illustrated one of the coffee bags, within a campaign led by Upwork’s creative team.

The Wake+Make bag

From drawing to the coffee bag

I drew on the morning view of the Colombian mountains to illustrate the transition from rest to creative work. The landscape carries that idea from the drawing to the printed coffee bag.

The Artist Series

The Artist Series brought together five illustrators and a hand letterer. QR codes on the packaging linked clients to the artists’ Upwork profiles. My contribution was the illustration; the lettering and campaign direction were separate roles.
